Using Fairy Forest

You may use Fairy Forest for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not use the game in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to bypass its technical protections or infringes the rights of Unisarvi Oy or others.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using your device and the game lawfully and for keeping your device and operating-system software appropriately protected. You must not reverse engineer, modify, distribute or exploit the game or its content except where mandatory law expressly permits this.

Intellectual Property

Fairy Forest and its software, art, audio, text, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to Unisarvi Oy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the game or its content.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The game can display advertising provided by Google. Optional rewarded ads are voluntary. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; see the Fairy Forest Privacy Policy for information about advertising privacy and consent choices.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Fairy Forest when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, technical or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

In-App Purchases

Fairy Forest offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that removes banner ads and automatically displayed interstitial ads. It does not remove optional rewarded ads, including rewarded options for crystal refill, restarting a puzzle or continuing a Daily streak. Ownership of Remove Ads can be restored through Google Play when you use the Google Play account that made the purchase.

Stardust packs are consumable purchases that add the stated amount of virtual Stardust to the game. Stardust is usable only inside Fairy Forest, has no monetary value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and can be purchased repeatedly. Next Fairy is also a consumable purchase: each completed purchase unlocks one fairy that is next in the current game progression, and the same Google Play product can be purchased again for a later fairy. It is not offered when every fairy is already unlocked.

Consumable purchases are delivered into the game's locally stored progress and are not permanent Google Play entitlements that can be restored after they have been consumed. Because Fairy Forest does not provide a Unisarvi-operated account or cloud save, clearing app data, uninstalling the app or losing the device may result in the loss of locally stored Stardust, unlocked fairies and other progress. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory law.

Payments, Prices and Refunds

All Android in-app payments are processed through Google Play Billing and charged to your Google Play account. Unisarvi Oy does not process or receive your payment-card details. Prices and currencies shown by Google Play may vary by country or region due to local pricing, taxes and currency. You are responsible for using the intended Google Play account when making or restoring a purchase.

Refunds, cancellations and purchase management are handled in accordance with applicable Google Play policies and mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or other remedy where required by law, and these Terms do not promise an automatic refund where Google Play or applicable law does not provide one.

Purchase availability and completion may depend on Google Play, your network connection, device, account and region. If a technical problem prevents an item from being delivered after a charge, contact Unisarvi Oy and, where appropriate, Google Play support. Please do not send payment-card details to Unisarvi Oy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unisarvi Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, Fairy Forest. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, applicable law or our services change. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
